Current Investment

After years of debating, consulting and learning, our company will now conduct operations as a privately held C-Corporation. We have just registered our new Articles of Incorporation and within days will be able to sell shares for the expansion of our existing site (EcoShire Sage) and in the future hopefully even add new locations (looking at an EcoShire for San Luis Obispo).

We hope to raise enough funding to be able to bid on adjacent properties that are about to go to auction which would increase EcoShire Sage from 1 house on 35 acres to 7 houses and several other facilities on 130 acres. The expansion will also help us to better facilitate larger outdoor events like regional Burning Man gatherings and other large camping groups.  

Our share price will be initially set at $625 and we are selling 8,000 in this block to meet our 2023/24 budget goals.  We wanted to not only make our price point easily attainable for most people, but safe enough for people to try without needing to make a life altering commitment.

Ultimately our goal is to have an affordable land co-ownership model that will create new opportunities for more people to get involved as both full and part-time stewards as well as supporting investors in Land Restoration and Regeneration through Recreation.
